[Return and Exchange Policy]
- In case of incorrect item or initial product defect : If the delivered product is different from the order (incorrect item or shortage), or if there is a defect in the product (initial product defect), we will only respond to inquiries made through the inquiry form within 7 days of the product's arrival.
