I'll add some rules.
The following symbols are accepted as nicknames:

We are currently selling autographed postcards to coincide with anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions. We have added the following rules for applications, so if you are considering purchasing one, we ask that you please check them again.
*This rule applies to products that go on sale after December 9, 2023.

・Nickname applications can only be made in hiragana, katakana, or alphanumeric characters.
・For customers whose applications cannot be confirmed, we will write the recipient's name in hiragana as appropriate.
*In this case, even if the product you receive is read differently than intended, we will not be able to accept any corrections or returns, so please be sure to apply for a nickname that follows the rules above.
*Due to the addition of the above rules, some existing rules will also be changed, so please be sure to check the warnings on the sales page before purchasing.
[Intention of adding this rule]
The management has long been aware of the speed at which this product is selling out, and has been considering various ideas and holding repeated discussions with members to improve the situation.
We were also considering platforms and sales methods, but after taking a comprehensive look at the current requirements, we decided to look for ways to deliver the game to as many customers as possible.
Currently, each member writes each card by hand, which takes time and effort, making it difficult to increase the number of cards under the current rules.
Since it is not the intention of the members or management to eliminate nicknames or messages themselves, we will be changing the rules and regulations regarding nicknames to create a system that will allow members to increase the number of postcards they can send within a certain period of time.
Your cooperation is essential to enforcing this rule, so members and management ask for your cooperation in applying for a nickname after purchase.
We will continue to strive to satisfy all of our supporters, including taking other measures to prevent resale.
